We will not otherwise distribute, sell, rent, transfer, or otherwise disclose your Personal Information to any third party, except as provided for in this Privacy Policy or with you consent.

5.2 Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information.

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the Personal Information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your Personal Information:

  • Tracking Technologies and Advertising. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of this site may then be inaccessible or not function properly.
  • Disclosure of Your Information for Third-Party Advertising. If you do not want us to share your Personal Information with unaffiliated or non-agent third parties for promotional purposes, you can opt-out by unchecking the relevant box located on the form on which we collect your data (the order form/registration form).   • Promotional Offers from the Company. If you do not wish to have your e-mail address/contact information used to promote our own or third parties’ products or services, you can opt-out by unchecking the relevant box located on the form on which we collect your data (the order form/registration form) or at any other time by logging into the applicable Website and adjusting your user preferences in your account profile by checking or unchecking the relevant boxes. If we have sent you a promotional e-mail, you may send us a return e-mail asking to be omitted from future e-mail distributions. This opt out does not apply to information provided to the Company as a result of a product purchase, warranty registration, product service experience or other transactions.

We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way.

5.3 Accessing, Controlling Updating, Correcting and Deleting Your Personal Information.

When you use our Websites, we work to provide you the ability to access, review, correct, edit, or remove your Personal Information and related content that you have provided to us. For your information, removal of your Personal Information may impact our ability to provide you or your ability to use our services.

If you delete your User Contributions from our Websites, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Website users.

We may also retain your information to comply with any applicable laws, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any lawful investigations, enforce our Terms of, or to take any other actions permitted by law.


The information that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside of your country of domicile. It may also be processed by employees, subcontractors and sub-processors (“Our Providers”) operating outside of your country of domicile who work for us, or on our behalf. We are committed to protecting the privacy of children and encourages parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests.
